You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services, create an account, buy a membership or order from the shop.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
• the information you provide is accurate and current; and
• you will use the Services only in compliance with applicable law.

3. Nature of the Services

Velvet Astral offers digital readings and reflective guidance, including love, tarot, astrology, birth chart, Jyotish, compatibility, life path, numerology, dream, palm and other vision readings, follow-up chat, rituals, daily letters and guide check-ins, for personal insight and entertainment.

Readings are symbolic and interpretive. They describe a guide's intuitive read of a situation, including what another person may feel or do, and are not statements of fact about you or anyone else.

The Services are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, crisis or other regulated professional advice and are no substitute for it. If you are facing a medical emergency, a mental health crisis or immediate danger, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

4. Our guides are AI

The guides on Velvet Astral (for example Elena, Sofia, Isabel or Daniel) are AI personas with their own names, styles and specialties. Their readings, chat replies, check-in messages and letters are generated by automated, AI-assisted systems. They are not real people, psychics or licensed advisers, and no human reads your conversation in order to answer it.

To make conversations feel personal, a guide may remember details from your earlier readings (for example names you mentioned, what you asked and what happened since) and bring them up again. See our Privacy Policy for how this is stored.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete or unsuitable. Use your own judgment.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any prediction, timing, result, relationship, compatibility, career, financial or other real-world outcome. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for any reliance on a reading.

6. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you can create with an email address and password, a one-time sign-in link, or Google sign-in. If you pay for a membership as a guest, we create an account for you from the email address used at checkout. You agree to:

• keep your login credentials confidential;
• notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account;
• remain responsible for activity under your account; and
• provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@velvetastral.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security or operational risk.

7. Free access and memberships

Free access

Free accounts get a limited number of readings per calendar month (currently 3, counted in UTC), a limited number of messages per reading (currently 3), selected reading types and a limited reading history. Free limits can change.

Membership

Velvet Astral+ membership unlocks more readings and messages (within the daily allowance below), all reading types (including numerology and vision readings), full history and other member features. Prices, billing intervals (monthly or yearly) and included features are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

Daily message allowance and extra messages

So that every member can rely on their guide, membership includes up to 60 guide answers per day (counted from midnight UTC), across all your readings. Replies to a check-in email do not count. When the day's allowance is used, you can continue the next day or buy a pack of extra messages, available to members only. Extra messages are a one-time purchase, are used one per answer only after the daily allowance is spent, do not expire while your account exists, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are digital content supplied immediately: if you are a consumer in the EU, you agree when you buy that delivery starts at once, and your right of withdrawal ends for the messages you have used.

Invitations

You can invite friends with your personal link. When someone creates a new account through it and completes their first reading, they receive one extra free reading, and you receive 50 extra messages if you are a member, or one extra free reading if you are not. Rewards are limited to 10 a calendar month, apply only to genuinely new people, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may withhold rewards obtained through duplicate or fake accounts, and we may change or end the invitation program at any time; rewards already given stay yours.

Introductory offers and promotion codes

We may offer a reduced price for the first billing period, for example to new members within a stated time after creating their account. The offer, its price, who it applies to and when it ends are shown at checkout. After the introductory period the membership renews at the regular price shown at checkout. Promotion codes are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

Auto-renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your account through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep member access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. Where required by law, we will notify you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Memberships give you immediate access to digital content and services. If you are a consumer in the EU or another country with a statutory withdrawal right, you agree when you start your membership that we begin providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully provided, or reduced in proportion to what has already been provided, as the law allows. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will review it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

8. Shop

Velvet Astral may sell physical products such as crystals, jewelry, candles and ritual tools ("Products"). When the shop is open, these terms apply to Product orders:

• Where we ship: currently to addresses in the United States only.
• Prices and payment: prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout, together with shipping and any sales tax. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order.
• Fulfilment: Products are shipped directly to you by our fulfilment partners from their warehouses. Delivery times shown are estimates. We email you an order confirmation and, once your order ships, a tracking number.
• Natural products: crystals and stones are natural and each piece varies in color, size, shape and markings from the photos.
• No health or magical claims: descriptions of what a stone or ritual is traditionally associated with are cultural and symbolic. Products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and we make no promise that they bring any outcome.
• Safety: follow the safety notes for candles, sage and other burnable items. Keep small stones away from children and pets.
• Returns: you can return unused Products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the Product price. Contact us first so we can give you the return address. Items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are replaced or refunded at no cost to you if you tell us within 14 days of delivery, ideally with a photo.
• Lost parcels: if tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time, contact us and we will help locate the order or replace or refund it.

A guide may sometimes mention a Product that fits the situation you are talking about. This is a suggestion, never a requirement, and your reading does not depend on buying anything.

9. Emails

We send emails you need for your account and purchases (for example sign-in links, payment and order confirmations). With your account, we may also send emails about the Services, such as daily astral letters you sign up for, check-ins from your guide after a reading when you ask for one, and occasional news and offers. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link, and you can manage daily letters in your account.

If you use the ritual feature to send a ritual to another person, you confirm that you know that person and that they would welcome the email. You may not use this feature to harass anyone or to send unsolicited messages.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
• harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, exploit or defraud others;
• submit hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content;
• upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos you have no right to use;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• bypass usage limits, memberships, promotional conditions or technical protections, for example with multiple accounts; or
• rely on the Services for high-risk decisions where an inaccurate reading could cause significant harm.

11. Your content

You may submit questions, messages, names and birth details of yourself and others, photos (for example of your palm), ritual names and other content ("User Content").

You keep ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, adapt and display it as needed to operate, support, secure and improve the Services, including sending it to our AI providers to generate your readings. You confirm that you have the right to submit it, including information about other people.

12. Intellectual property

Velvet Astral and its branding, software, design, text, articles, graphics, guide personas and images, logos, layouts, prompts and other non-user content are owned by or licensed to NUMEDIA d.o.o. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your readings are for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

13. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers such as hosting, database, AI, payment, email, analytics, advertising and fulfilment providers, and may link to third-party sites such as carrier tracking pages. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or policies.

14. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, including features, reading types, guides, free limits and Products, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory. This does not affect statutory warranties for Products that cannot be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUMEDIA d.o.o. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunities arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NUMEDIA d.o.o. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property, indemnity, governing law and dispute provisions.

19. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under the law of the country where you live remain unaffected by these Terms. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Slovenia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. If a change materially affects an active membership, we will tell you in advance where required by law.
